Is the free tool suite still free if we license?
Always. Every job seeker can access all 16 tools at standingovationwfd.com at no cost, with no account and no time limit. The free tier is permanent and will never be degraded to drive organizational licensing. A license adds structure, tracking, documentation, and coaching capacity -- it does not gate what participants can access.
What counts as a participant?
Any individual enrolled in your program during the license year. The tier limits apply to total unique participants enrolled over the 12-month period, not concurrent active users. If your program ends and participants are re-enrolled the following year under a renewed license, they count fresh against the new year's cap.
What happens to participant data when a program ends?
Organizational and coach access closes automatically at program end. Participants retain permanent access to everything they built -- their results, their outputs, their records. That work belongs to them, not to the organization. This is non-negotiable and built into the architecture of the platform.
Do you offer monthly billing?
No. Licensing is annual upfront only. This is intentional -- it keeps the pricing model simple, protects the per-participant cost from inflating, and aligns with how most nonprofit workforce programs actually budget. If your organization requires a different billing arrangement, reach out before the call and we will discuss what is possible.
Can we add more coach accounts beyond the tier limit?
Partner tier organizations can add coach accounts beyond the 10-account cap at $150 per additional account per year. Organizations needing more than 10 accounts at launch should reach out before signing so we can discuss volume pricing. Starter and Standard tiers are fixed at 1 and 3 accounts respectively.
