By accessing or using any Standing Ovation property, including standingovationwfd.com, Standing Ovation, The 77 (the77chicago.com), any curriculum or program materials, or any other tool or resource published under the Standing Ovation name, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our sites or tools.

Standing Ovation Workforce Consulting LLC is a Chicago-based workforce development consulting firm. Our properties include:

Intellectual Property
3.1 Ownership
All content on Standing Ovation properties is owned by Standing Ovation Workforce Consulting LLC and protected under United States copyright law. This includes but is not limited to:
- Website design, text, graphics, and code
- The Standing Ovation tools, prompts, and interface design
- The 77 name, concept, data methodology, and all associated branding and development work
- All curriculum, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessment tools, and program materials
- Program names including The Broadcast Lab, Community Voice Lab, Still Working, and Standing Ovation
- The Standing Ovation name, logo, and all associated branding

3.2 What You May Do
You may:
- Use the Standing Ovation tools for your own personal job search and career preparation
- Access The 77 data for personal research and career decision-making
- Share links to any Standing Ovation page or tool
- Reference Standing Ovation programs and tools in your own writing with proper attribution
3.3 What You May Not Do
You may not, without prior written permission from Standing Ovation Workforce Consulting LLC:
- Copy, reproduce, or republish any curriculum, tool, program material, or substantial portion of website content
- Distribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer any Standing Ovation content or tools
- Use the Standing Ovation name, The 77 name, or any program name in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or build derivative products based on Standing Ovation or The 77
- Use Standing Ovation content for commercial purposes without a written licensing agreement

AI-Powered Tools: Important Disclosures
The Standing Ovation and certain features of The 77 use artificial intelligence to generate content. By using these tools, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
AI output is for informational purposes only. Results generated by the Standing Ovation tools, including resume language, cover letter drafts, interview responses, and job market assessments, are starting points for your own thinking and writing. They are not professional career advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of employment outcomes.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content. Always review, edit, and verify any content produced by these tools before using it in a real job application, professional communication, or any consequential context.
Standing Ovation does not store your inputs. Information you enter into Standing Ovation tools is processed in real time and is not stored, sold, or shared by Standing Ovation Workforce Consulting LLC. Please do not enter sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account information, or passwords into any Standing Ovation tool.
Third-party AI providers. Our tools use third-party AI infrastructure. Use of these tools is also subject to the terms of those providers. We are not responsible for changes to third-party AI services that may affect tool availability or output.
The 77: In Development
The 77 is a Chicago-specific labor market intelligence and media property currently in development by Standing Ovation Workforce Consulting LLC. The name, concept, data methodology, brand identity, and all associated materials are proprietary intellectual property of Standing Ovation Workforce Consulting LLC.
When The 77 launches publicly, these Terms of Use will be updated to include platform-specific data disclosures and usage terms. Until that time, The 77 does not operate as a public platform and no data, tools, or content are available for public use under that name without written authorization from Standing Ovation Workforce Consulting LLC.
Program and Curriculum Licensing
Standing Ovation programs, including The Broadcast Lab, Community Voice Lab, Still Working, and Standing Ovation facilitated workshops, are available for delivery under formal licensing agreements.
Organizations interested in licensing Standing Ovation curriculum for internal delivery (Train the Trainer), white-label use, or co-delivery arrangements must enter into a written Program License Agreement with Standing Ovation Workforce Consulting LLC.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or delivery of Standing Ovation curriculum without a valid license agreement is a violation of these terms and of applicable copyright law.

This includes but is not limited to damages related to employment decisions made based on information from Standing Ovation or The 77.
